Create the Ideal Environment for Health

SELF-HEALING, WELLNESS

The power to unlock perfect health and healing is in your hands.

Dr Bruce Lipton states that in his research he found if you take some normal, live, human cells, and put them into an unhealthy environment, the cells would get sick. When you take those sick cells, and put them into an optimal environment however, they become healthy again.

What this demonstrates is the human body’s natural blueprint for health in action. 

To achieve the highest level of health, we need to know how to remove causes of disease, undo existing pollutants, and create a healthy environment for our bodies. 

In our lives today we are seeing a prevalence of illness, disease, and general poor health. We don’t have to look far to realise that our external environments, and the environments we create within our bodies are not optimal for well-being and longevity.

When our bodies become unbalanced and show signs of immune-disfunction, activation of genetic disorders, digestive and hormonal functions not working properly, we can always tie these diseases to our external and internal environments.

Our bodies are affected by our external environment; our homes, natural environments, surroundings we live and work in, and the world around us. 

Our internal states of health are also affected by our mental environment. The information we take in through our physical senses, and our conscious and unconscious thoughts all play a part. 

Lastly, our energetic inputs contribute to the state of our internal wellbeing, via the signals, frequencies and messages we receive, resulting in physical and chemical changes in our bodies.

As an overview, our physical health (internal environment) is directly influenced by:

  • What enters our body through consumption via; 
    • the air we breathe
    • water we drink
    • food/diet, packaging & cooking utensils 
    • what we put on our bodies intentionally, e.g. skincare, haircare, soap, makeup, oils, creams, etc 
    • what we (perhaps unintentionally) absorb through our skin e.g. contaminants, chemicals, water, cleaning products and more.
    • environment e.g. contaminants, pesticides, EMF, radiation, plastic containers, chemical spills, air & water pollution, etc.

 

  • Chemical changes in our body (mental input, hormonal/chemical output);
    • the thoughts we think
    • the news/programs/conversations/information we are exposed to
    • our relationships and social connections
    • strong emotions like fear, stress or love
    • our natural body rhythms

 

  • Energetic changes in our body 
    • our emotional landscape
    • past trauma and conditioning
    • electro-magnetic frequency
    • other people, community and collective
    • planetary, weather, solar and lunar changes

Using this list, here’s how to eradicate disease and support optimal health in your body.

Step One – Stop Causes of Disease

So when we experience dis-ease in the body, a great place to start is to review the physical, mental/chemical and energetic environments we are subjecting our bodies to, and identify any areas which are not optimal for health.

Examples might include: 

  • reducing exposure to toxins
  • cleaning our homes
  • moving to somewhere with less environmental pollution
  • changing our diet

Step Two – Detoxify Existing Contaminants

The next area to address is; where are there existing contaminants (from all of the inputs above) which have affected the body, and how can we detoxify the body from them.

Examples might include: 

  • heavy metal detox
  • dietary detox
  • mental detox
  • frequency or radiation detox
  • environmental detox

Step Three – Promote Good Health 

Using the areas above, begin to supply the body with optimal conditions for health with the introduction / correction of healthy inputs. 

Examples might include: 

  • switching to organic food, 
  • drinking lots of clean water,
  • turning off devices which omit EMF, limiting time around them,
  • reducing radiation exposure through air travel or environmental exposure, 
  • drinking clean, filtered, mineralised water, 
  • using a yoga or meditation practice to reduce stress and balance hormones
  • changing the types of conversations, programs or situations you are exposed to
  • spending time in the natural, optimal frequency of nature
  • Much more

 

The ways we can improve our health are almost endless! 

It all begins with this simple list of inputs which we use to:

Remove the causes of disease, eradicate what is unhealthy, detoxify our bodies, and promote good health on all levels. 

The secret to better health and happiness is in our hands.
